Upgrade your infeed and chill systems with these used motion control components. Featuring Siemens AC drive and motor, this solution integrates with existing pneumatics and operator controls to enhance your setup efficiently.
Machinery Solutions Group, Inc. can provide an economical upgrade to your infeed and chill harmonic trim system.
This upgrade includes the removal of the existing electronics within the infeed and chill electronics enclosure and also the current position sensing for the dancer.
We will utilize a Siemens AC drive and AC motor to drive the harmonic trim and a non-contact analog proximity switch with cam mechanism for position sensing (see picture below).
Our systems will function with the existing infeed pneumatics and operator controls.
